How it works

1

Fill in the data

Enter or pick already saved carrier, sender and recipient details. The app lets you save and keep a library of previously used company contacts. When creating SENT declarations for one vehicle, its linked fields stay saved until you change that setting.

→
2

Generate the XML

You've entered all the information and are ready to create your SENT file. The app lets you generate the XML file right away, or save it inside the app and download all your declarations together once they're ready. If you made a mistake, you can fix it immediately.

→
3

Upload to PUESC

The app produces a precise XML file that the PUESC system recognizes. When you're ready to submit, open PUESC and find the SENT form you need. Choose the transport type and attach the XML file. Your SENT declaration is ready to submit.

Three roles, three forms

In the SENT system, each party has its own responsibility and its own form:

Sender — SENT100

Registers the notification BEFORE transport begins within Poland — provides sender, recipient, goods, and place of loading.

Get started →

Recipient — SENT200

After the goods are delivered, completes and closes the notification, confirming receipt.

Get started →

Carrier — SENT300

Adds data about the vehicle and geolocation device, and is responsible for continuous GPS transmission.

This platform offers ready-made forms for all three roles — in one place.

What happens without a valid SENT application?

Poland's SENT system monitors certain cargo transports closely. Mistakes can be costly:

Fine for sender or recipient

Up to 46% of the cargo's value, min. ~€4,650 (PLN 20,000)

Fine for the carrier

Up to ~€4,650 (PLN 20,000) for a missing notification; up to ~€2,300 (PLN 10,000) for missing geolocation or outdated data

Fine for the driver

~€1,150–1,750 (PLN 5,000–7,500) without a valid reference number

Cargo detention

The vehicle and cargo can be detained during inspection, leading to extra storage costs and delayed delivery

A correctly and promptly prepared SENT application helps you avoid these problems.

Amounts are indicative, based on publicly available descriptions of the Polish SENT Act (last checked October 2026). Rules, scope and penalties can change — always confirm in official sources (PUESC / KAS) or with a customs adviser. This is not legal advice.

Since 17 March 2026, the SENT system also covers clothing and footwear (CN 61, 62, 6309 and 64) when a consignment contains more than 10 kg of clothing or more than 20 items of footwear.
