SENT XML generator: how to create SENT100, SENT200 and SENT300 files for PUESC

Published October 2026

If you move goods covered by the Polish SENT system, the notification has to reach the PUESC platform. Many companies type every field into a web form for every single shipment. A SENT XML generator does the same job differently: you fill in the data once, the generator checks it and produces a ready XML file that you upload to PUESC.

What a SENT XML file is

It is a structured file that contains the same information as the notification form: the parties (carrier, sender, recipient), the vehicle, the route with the border-crossing points, the document, and the list of goods with CN codes, quantities and units. The structure and formatting must follow what PUESC expects, which is exactly where manual work goes wrong.

What a good generator does for you

Step by step

  1. Choose the form that matches your role in this shipment.
  2. Pick the carrier, sender and recipient from your saved contacts, or enter them once.
  3. Add the vehicle, the route and the goods (CN code, name, quantity, unit).
  4. Generate the XML file.
  5. Upload it in PUESC and keep the confirmation. How that step works is described in our guide to uploading a SENT XML file to PUESC.

Before you submit

A generator formats your data; it does not know whether the data is true. You remain responsible for the content of every notification, and mistakes can have consequences (see SENT fines and penalties). Always compare the file with your transport documents.
